Before applying the wipe, make sure the sticker and the surrounding area are not hot from recent exposure to sunlight.
Start by gently lifting a corner of the sticker with your fingernail or a plastic scraper. Apply a TakeOFF Wipe to the lifted corner and slowly work it underneath the sticker, allowing the solution to penetrate the adhesive.
Continue to apply gentle pressure with the wipe as you remove the sticker. Once the sticker is off, use a new wipe to clean off any remaining adhesive.
Oil change stickers are usually located on the inside of the windshield. Position yourself comfortably to access the sticker.
Press the wipe against the sticker for a few seconds to soak the adhesive.
Start peeling the sticker away. If it resists, apply more of the wipe's solution. Once removed, use another wipe to clean off any residue left on the glass.
If the decal is large or has been on the vehicle for a long time, consider gently heating it with a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive.
Once you’ve heated the decal, rub a TakeOFF Wipe over its surface and edges to start breaking down the glue.
Use a plastic scraper to lift the decal gently. Keep applying the wipe as needed until the decal is fully removed. Clean up the area with a fresh wipe to ensure no sticky residues are left behind.
