Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following eligibility criteria:

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

• Please submit a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the product! We'd love to hear your feedback!

• The product must be at approximately 90% capacity for a full refund.

• Products damaged during shipping or found to be defective are eligible for return or replacement. You are required to submit pictures of damaged shipments.
